I definitely have a couple of particularly productive times... the period just before falling asleep and the time right after waking. On those occasions when I can lie and think for a while (as opposed to jumping up immediately to get ready for work or whatever), that quiet time is invariably very productive. Just this morning, I came up with two specific ideas related to my multimedia work and a third related to marketing that work. I also felt extremely motivated to go and work on my art. I've been thinking about it all morning.
